that sounds like it.
looking at the LT though it looked like it should have slotted between the 2015 and 2016. It's not a bad looking front end (without the upside down RS headlights) but the 2016 looked like a 21st century Camaro and this looks like a 5thgen derivative. The rear end, looking at it from an angle next to a 2018, the lights are angled the same way, but standing directly behind it is how it looks the worst. the bubbled out style doesn't look right, but the strange line they put around the middle of the bumper looks just as bad. I don't know how someone could look at that when it was being designed and sign off on it. |

I just want to take a second and personally thank each and everyone of you that gave your opinions in this thread and posted your 'shopped pics showing gm how to fix that hideous design. I am of the firm belief that the camaro team took what was said here to heart and changed their design because of it. Well done boys. Well done. You guys are the real American heroes.

Interesting quotes at the end of this article: http://www.thedrive.com/new-cars/246...-car-has-moves
IMO, between the SEMA, electric Copo, Xfinity release, and all the other rumors, the face lift is definitely happening. I'm glad Chevrolet is listening. |

https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showp...postcount=2726 If you look at the SEMA pictures closely, you’ll see the parting line on the front fascia, just before the inner edges of the headlight. |

If that's the case, then they forgot to look here 2 1/2 years ago....Same reaction, but didn't make any difference in what they just put out.... https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=455188 I don't think any Camaro team pays any attention to this forum at all...Probably avoid it just so they can stay sane....lol |

They should listen to us. I thing social media is very representative as possible customers nowadays. Not just a silly focus group made of what, 10 people?

Yeah, sure...I'll believe it when they put up three competing designs for the 7thGen Camaro on this forum....and the top vote-getter on social media will be what they build....lol...
Or will they wait and do another quick-change if needed afterwards on the 7th Gen based on social media response?.... Be careful not to over-rate your impact on social media. This re-fresh front grille is nothing more than a slight change in how the car is painted, and a minor change in bow-tie location....Take credit for it if you want, but it's small potatos…. |

Just because you get the opinion of the people on this forum does not mean it represent the entire world. You cant't truly know the number of people that like or dislike the refresh Camaro, and every is entitled to their own opinion but you can't say GM needs to listen to a certain selection of people to help sell a product. Say they make it the way you like but then the people who like the refresh don't like it, just one big circle.

It’s not just this forum. Their FB page, thousands comments on each post, Instagram, other forums, Youtube comments, articles... it adds up and it matters

This debate can go on forever and there are just too many factors I believe. You have to account for the people not on social media or even the ones on social media and chose not to comment. I like the current refresh the way it is now and as I said people are entitled to their opinion, I will not try to change it. People really did not like the new mustang look but it is selling well, only time will time. I think GM should offer the center piece color as an option. |

For the most part, I think most of the press for the SS face was pretty negative. |
