The originals are 19s. Why would they make them 20s?
Everyone whines when a 20" is released so here is a 19" and we already have some saying it better be done in a 20"????

I don't whine about that. I'm not tracking or racing my car.
I want a 20" version because it's looks better aesthetically. All there is to it.

Aside from the difference in price, if someone wants the 19" versions, then buy the OEM ones...no?

I agree that 20" wheels would be better. For me, I want to keep the accuracy of the speedometer (and odometer). Dealerships will not correct this in the ECM anymore, and if you correct it yourself, your warranty is gone..

FYI though, the factory 19"s aren't going to fit the SS or ZL1 unless you get the width narrowed on the fronts.

I'm not saying it better be done in a 20. I would buy if it is, just because I don't want to read calibrate the speedometer. I'm not opposed to a range of sizes being made, it's just 19s aren't for me. They read this forum, I'm sure they'll send the demand for both sizes and make it happen. Best of both worlds!

Curious how much they'll cost from thatgmpartsguy.
If there were a set of these in 19X9 front, 19X10 rear, i know what my b-day present to myself will be for my SS.

They want to cheap out and use their old tires.

You said none of us will be disappointed so maybe you'll be doing both!

If not, then 20" will suffice HAHA

Will I be disappointed? I would like the wheels to use the stock lug nuts.

These would not fit my ZL1. Not without camber adjustment and perhaps 5mm +offset. Additionally, I don't think they are going to be as light as people might think. GM forged ZL1 wheels were a disappointment. The standard OEM ZL1 forged wheels were significantly heavier than my MRR Z28 flow forged replicas that I replaced them with. The design is cool though. Glad MRR is thinking about keeping the 19"D. I always wondered the Z28 replicas only came in 20" when they were 19" from the factory.
