Anyone have wheel fitment numbers

Does anyone have wheel fitment numbers yet for the 2SS? Hard to build custom wheels without numbers. What is Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD), bolt circle and bolt pattern. Backspacing, offset, centerbore, brake clearance, wheelwall clearance.

Youd think with the embargo lifting yesterday we would be receiving some of this info now.

From the Find New Roads thread...

Bolt pattern is 5x120mm. 18" wheels (frt and rear) are 32mm offset, 20" front wheels are 25mm offset, 20" rear wheels are 39mm offset.

Can someone explain how I would figure out what offset to get on the wheels if I wanted to get 245 width tires all around with 19 inch rims and maybe a 45 aspect ratio? How would I know if they'll fit on the car?

Seeing as the OEM 18s are 245/50-18s, (which is: tire width in mm/aspect ratio - wheel height) as long as you keep your 19" wheel around 38mm offset (I'd say no more or less than 5mm either way, but exact would be optimum), you should be fine with 245/45-19s.

19x9"s (with around 38mm offset) will not give you a headache with clearance issues as the width of the tire at 245mm is still wider than the 9" wheel (227mm) you mount them on.

I'm getting an SS by the way. I was going to get 9.5" wheels that have a 35 mm offset.

Ahh, I assumed you were going up from 18s to 19s. Not 20 to 19s.

Shouldn't change much really. 35mm offset should still be in the sweet spot for the front as it's between 38mm (from the 18s) and 25mm (from the 20s) in the front. Depends on if the shocks are so physically different.

I will be doing the same thing, from 20s to 19s, but my hands are pretty tied in offset that they cannot be any more than 7mm off from OEM (due to SCCA Autox rules).

Well you'd want to know the clearances of the current car, and then you can use one of the tons of tire & wheel offset calculators out there.
I actually plan on taking some measurements Sat when I hit the Foxboro FNR.

I hadn't considered going from 20's to 19's but up here in NE with our sh*tty roads, it's actually not a bad idea.

Exactly. I just hope they're not as soft as the old Pontiac G8 GT wheels were. Ugh.

going from 20's to 19's saves me like $400 for winter tires

How much do you guys think the stock rims weigh? Is a 22 lb rim light , heavy or in the middle?

An OEM 20x9.5 is probably around 25-27 lbs if I were a betting man.

Just playing with a couple of the online calculators show possible fitment issues for clearing the calipers when moving from 20" to 19"... just a heads up.

I guess we'll have to wait and see...
