Only so long you can get away with putting lipstick on a pig. They need to bring the Challenger up to date and before 2021 or we may see it go away , that would kinda suck.

I have seen a Crush, White, Black, and a Red on here in Albuquerque and all the ones I have seen so far have been SS's.

they will Kill the hemi by 2020 so I guess they will kill the Challenger and charger to, no point on design a new car you will discontinue in a year...

a this point big ol gas engines are on its way to be killed, unless they go Ford´s way and go big displacement Hybrid V8, as the rumor says the upcoming 7.3 pushrod engine will be hybrid Option and could not use a Coyote due to its massive size

Lol. That article its referring to was from 2015. If I remember correctly Trump froze the Obama CAFE sanctions. So there is no rush right now to go to smaller engines for the Big 3. They do it because they want to not because they have to, right now anyway.

Are the %s compared to same quarter last year (Q1 2018) or prior quarter (Q4 2018)?

Yes. Q1 2019 compared to Q1 2018

Cool the jets, I'm a GM guy but the lipstick on a pig is still outselling the GM product. Looks like The overall market continues to shrink for all these rides. Not to many young gear heads around anymore, Even among some driving these rides.

I know we don't know the breakdown between 2018 and 2019 model years, but it certainly appears that the market is not rejecting the refresh as many on this form speculated would occur. Good news, indeed!

Those numbers still suck for the best car out of those three.

That’s what I’m hoping. We’ll know by the end of Q3 2019.

The more 2019’s I see, the more I wish I would have waited another year to get one.

I'm inclined to agree, but "best" is a subjective term. For example, if you need the most accommodating vehicle in this class for rear seat passengers, the Challenger is the best offering. And if you enjoy frequently visiting the dealership for repairs, the Mustang is the best offering.

It's been nearly a year since the 2019 reveal and I think you can clearly see that the internet hate is going away. If I wouldn't already have an 18 SS I would definitely go for 19 SS in Riverside blue

Mine was an '18 that sat unmoved for 18 months that I purchased on 1/2. I did my part.
Unmoved meant a dead battery and 4 flat-spotted tires, all of which were replaced for my 1100 mile drive home.

Maybe, but it could also mean that a lot of people pulled the trigger on price incentives on the remaining 2018 model. Your true numbers on the refresh won’t be until 2nd or third quarter. I do hope to see them continue to improve.
