Anyone have ikon 1le blade spoiler/ cover holes?

https://www.ikonmotorsports.com/ikon...555-black.html

Comes painted black to match my car for only 170 bucks. Seems too good to be true.

I tried calling them got no answer. In some searching I seen someone say that it does cover the trunk holes and goes on easily with just double sided tape

Any help or input much appreciated

Thanks

A few days ago a guy posted about installing this, confirmed that it DID cover the factory SS holes.

Thanks

Just been reading and some people disagree.

Guess I don’t get how if it’s an exact replica of the gm spoiler how it will cover the holes and the gm won’t...they must have changed it a bit. And I would think they would advertise such an improvement.

Just don’t have the extra cash to have the holes filled at a body shop and paint if this don’t work...

I just ordered one today based on a couple users saying that it does cover the holes.

Good luck. Hope it works out for you as that’s good news for me lol

I just got off the phone with them. The guy wasn’t sure. Said he would ask around and email me back with an answer

Just make sure the area is spotless clean, I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol, also the hardest part was puling the old spoiler off. The spoiler comes with the 3m double sided tape. There was enough to 3m tape the run along the perimeter of the bottom of all 3 pieces and Put tape over the factory holes. No water leaks by filling the bottom with silicone just to seal the holes even more

Thanks a lot

Never been much into silver but I really like the silver and Black on your car. Not something you see every day and it looks great
Wheels look pretty good as is but if they were black might make your car look even better if that’s possible lol. Just think it would bring everything together just perfect if the wheels were black

Can someone post a picture of the spoiler where the offending hole seems to either gets covered or doesn't get covered. Ikon says it does NOT cover the hole and others here say it does.......just want to make sure before I order, thanks.

it's the 2 leading holes for the left and right stanchions. In my case they were visible just under the lip of the spoiler when mounted. Not glaringly obvious but still there.

So I’m guessing mounting it just a hair forward is the difference. Or quality control on the spoiler is horrendous lol

I'm still confused lol. Does it cover or not? I don't mind wasting $100 if it doesn't work but I don't want to go thru all the effort to remove the original spoiler and then find out it won't cover all the holes.
