Yes - The car is current up at Katech having a few misc. things done: 1) FI Interchillers Stage 2 installed, 2) TCM tune and 3) Probably a retune of the ECM a well ! can't wait to have consistent IAT3's under 100°

Speaking of any updates, Katech, Mike and Nick and the team ROCK! This is the install of the FI Interchiller Stage 2! Those guys are top notch! They should be 100% done today and then waiting for a good day to get it back to the dyno !!!!

So, a little update on my ZL1. She's still in Katech's garage and waiting to get over to the tuner. In the mean time, I decided to have Katech replacing my stock drive shaft with a Driveshaft Shop 3.25" Carbon Fiber Driveshaft and a BMR Rear Cradle lock-out kit! Other than a set of Weld beadlocks with MT ET Street R's for the rear and matching frontrunners. I might just be done with doing mods to my ZL1. Hahaha... typing that last statement actually made me laugh !

Thanks everyone! I just ordered the GMS Cross Over Tube Delete Kit and the High Flow Hood Bracket from SOCAL.M6.ZLE's company! Now I've thought of everything !!!!

I have decided on a wheel/tire combo for the drag strip (1/4 mile) for my ZL1. I have it down between two that Weld makes: The Vitesse and the Belmount. The Vitesse's are forged (more expensive) and I think much lighter than the Belmount. However, I like the looks of the Belmount better. I originally was wanting the widest rear tire possible while keeping all factory suspension/calipers etc. intact. But, from the research I've done. It seems like a common size wheels for the drag strip is a 17"x10" rear beadlocks with 305/45/17 MT ET Street R's mounted and 18"x8" fronts. Question I have is, am I missing or overlooking something I'm just not aware of as far as size of wheel / tire. Also is there a better size wheel tire combo to use for the 6th ZL1 for this application? My main goal is the most traction possible on a prepped surface and good looking wheels! I realize I probably don't require beadlocks, but, I like the look. Thanks for advice and help.

I might not have apples to apples to compare to your situation, but having a cheap set of 17 x 10.5 Racestars with ET STREET SSs in 305, I could get tire slip from a dig on the street. It would literally spin a quarter inch or more per hit. I marked the tire so I could roughly track it, so it was a thing, for me. I didn't apply any glue or anything, and these are cheap wheels, so it's not a surprise, but I'm only adding because it might not be as small an issue as it might seem...

Update: The Weld Belmount 18x8's (for the front) were sold out and there wasn't a current fulfillment date. So, I went with the Solana's instead. Tim at Weld was great and a huge help for getting me the right wheels and a great price ! Tim happens to have a pretty bad A$$ Camaro himself ! (Thank for the help Tim)

Update: The Weld Solana's were dropped off by FedEx Ground just now! Next to do, order the MT ET Street R's for the 17x10 rears and tires for the fronts, then mount and balanced. I'm not 100% sure what fronts I'll run on the 18x8's. Probably either Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R's or Nitto R555R2's (what I have now)! Also, Mike at Katech sent me an update today. The carbon fiber driveshaft and the BMR rear cradle bushings/lockout was planned to be completed today and then it will be ready to go!
