How can I get services to fix the A8 shudder

I took my car in Thursday to have them work on the shudder, check for coolant leaks and starting up issue. Went into services today to ask for my vehicle and they came back with "cannot duplicate the issue" I don't know how to get them to do it. I get random vibrations when cruising and maintaining speeds from 45-55 or 65-75 and the shifts are just too rough. This is the second time I took it in and the first time they just did wheel balancing to it. I also get the rear diff groan and the shudder has anything to do with it

Take a copy of the service bulletin with you ? You may need a new dealer. My dealer didn't even drive my car before performing the bulletin

Seems they don't want to do anything for ya. Go to a different dealer.

If they're so reluctant, one wonders if they are able to perform the 18-NA-355 bulletin procedure correctly, it's fairly involved.

My vote is also for visiting another dealer. Who knows, you may find a much better one where the staff actually cares about you and your car.
