2ss leather top of back seat

2023 ss convertable ceramic white leather. The top of the back seat sagging real loose like missing padding. I am taking it in for first oil change coming out off winter hibernation. So my question. Is that normal? My 11 not like that or my silverado. The issue is there's not going to be one on the lot for me to compare it to and i'm just preparing my response for when they tell me it's normal.

Only 1200 miles on it and of course no one even sat back there yet not sure any can.

Mine is the standard black and it’s a little baggy.

Thanks for the reply. So maybe normal. I don't want them messing with it if normal.

OP, can you post a picture? My rear seatback doesn't sag and I'd like to see what yours looks like.

It's on the driver's only like this.I would say the leather pushes in about an inch before I hit the padding. You can see the sag in this picture .

Thanks. I don't think it's normal, pretty sure mine doesn't sag like that even after 6 years. I'll check mine and report back.

Here's what mine look like, perfect fitment on both the driver and passenger sides. Not sure if yours can easily be fixed, but (assuming you didn't harm the seatback in any way) it definitely looks worse than I would expect from an almost new car.

Thank you, I have not done anything to that seat. No one has even sat back there. I will have them look at it. Not sure what they can do aside from try to get a replacement.

I'd be surprised if someone has sat back there, I don't think humans with legs fit in the back seat of these cars

Definitely see if they can replace that seat or fix it, even if no one ever sits back there it doesn't look great.

Just took a look at the upholstery on my back seat upper. No sagging at all.

Thank you. I will ask dealer to look at it when I bring it in for oil change.
