colored silicone hoses - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

anybody out there order colored silicon hoses? i cant seem to find this guys thread .i know he put some sets on ebay .just wondering if anybody did order them .i installed them and want to let you guys know about some minor problems .

some of the clamps were to loose .myself and dave are trying to work it out . other wise they look really good . nice product

check out better photos in general discussions .shows the true color red .

I did all the vacuum lines on my 80s GM with colored silicone hose and they look neat but suck.

They don't take heat well as it gets real soft real fast and its easy to fall off.
Critical ones needed a matched colored zip tie to give a secure connection.

yes i found that out . i put on smaller hose clamps then what i was given . thats what dave is working on now.

no white i tried.check ebay other wise i will post a number to the guy that is selling them. there was a thread on these but it seems to be gone now .
