Man those are some wicked numbers but that converter is really killing your top end. The 1/8 mile is more impressive then the quarter mile.

Yeah I'm locking the converter in 3rd at around 5500 right now. I was wanting to bring my laptop last weekend and try a few different lockup speeds and leave it unlocked one whole pass just to see what works best. Maybe I can go back this weekend and figure something out.

Second time to the track. For full disclosure I was running Mickey Thompson street tires. Not drag radials. Stock other than the tires. I don't think they helped any. Not sure if that makes a difference for the list.

You need to upload it directly to C6 that's the rules and I need to see the whole slip too. Track date and run. You did it before, can't see what the problem is now.

Long time no see!

Took my brand new 2016 SS A8 to the local 1/8th mile. Bone stock. 67 miles on the odometer. Full weight, full tank, stock run-falts, no adjustments, etc. As I received it from the dealer two days ago.

Best run: 8.051 @ 89.44, 1.919 60-foot.
