That site isn't good for anything but options and price. I was talking to a dealer the other day and he said they quit showing ppl that site cuz they get somthing totally different than they want! Has anyone noticed how awsome the IOM looks? I would have bought that color in a heartbeat! (I still like the IOM for all you guys with it!

On the other side of the thread, I did not purchase the RS package just for the fact that the rims were too dark on the Camaro build site. If I knew that they were lighter in person I would have bought the RS pkg. I did not want to spend another $500 to change to the polished wheels when the 2SS had wheels that I like anyway. Oh Well things Happen!

HMMMM.... I think polished would even be more realistic that what's there. Not really buying this one. It's totally wacked out showing black.

I never used the builder before until this guy started telling me about his black rims...

then after he showed me on the site I had to really work at convincing him that it wasn't going to look like that. He says he's going to have them painted black now.

Here's a what the polished looks like... way more realistic of the MS... Even looks more MS than polished...

The exterior colors are also hard to appreciate on the web site- I bought SIM because I actually saw that car in person several times. I liked the dark blue but without seeing it was afraid to order a brand new car sight unseen. At that time the dealer did not have any paint chips of the new 2010 camaro.

Anyway the SIM will look great next to the 69 camaro cortez silver...will post pictures in the weeks ahead when I get the new camaro.

Yes, I too was surprised and a bit disappointed. :-( I really like the darker look.
