Not here to get into a p#####g match, just supporting the post you questioned I personally as well as several friends with LS motors run that plug with a 150 shot and 2 gallons 116 octane race gas to 1/2 tank of 93 octane pump gas to be safe. No timing pulled and zero spark knock. I would however pull about 2° of timing without added race fuel (I have both tunes available). Those plugs were also recommended by the tuner as well as nitrous outlet.
Just my personal experience, take it for what it's worth.

That sounds completely idiotic to me but I agree no sense in starting a pissing match on the internet. Do what you want and hopefully it continues to work out ok for you.

Are you sure about that? Nitrous Outlet said those plugs will cost you a motor, and I've personally seen it happen because a tuner told him to run those. But do what you want, its your car and motor.
