2015 ZL1 face lift?
Will the 2015 ZL1 have a face lift or is it going unchanged till the 6gen comes? I luv my 2013 1LE, like the 2014 refresh but would like more power. I'm averaging 20mpg in 9600miles, mostly highway, wondering what a ZL1 would knock down in similar daily driving.

Who knows is the answer. But my best guess is it will stay the same until the 6th Gen. It cost a ton of money and time to re-do a part of a car like this. They won't stray away from the refresh back end, and I think if there was any chance that they would have changed the front it would have occurred at the refresh but they didn't because the front really is functional.
That's my best guess.

im averaging around 17.5 with my 12 zl1. I would say 25% city 75% highway.

No way.
Reportedly, they didn't change it this year and make it squinty due to the cooling requirements. On a car with CAI, 19.8 mpg = max @ 55 mph with the cruise control on. Down to 12 in hoonigan mode. |

no I think it will stay the same from 14-15.
highway driving I can get 19-20. 75%hwy 25%town about 18. 50/50 about 16. any reason you don't just boost your 1le since you have it. $2750 on ebay for an lsa 1.9L unit. a boosted 1le should outrun a Zl1. I like the Zl1 platform because you can go pretty nuts with it after you buy it but you can make a 1le pull like a stock Zl1 very easy.
