When I installed ARH headers on my C7 last year I didn't see a need to change out the wires.

I have SW headers and I they didn't mention anything about changing out the wires.
Is it common to have to change the spark plug wires?

You don't need them, but the MSD ones are nice looking.

You could try it and see. It's only for clearance the hookers could be shaped a bit different than some of the others.

If they fit fine and don't touch the header should be fine
