1100 Status


...IF placed today...I will "see" it tomorrow....
as the system updates overnight - the activity of the day.

The cycle is from 2/9 - 2/14
...it depends on the "habit" of the dealer
when they submit in that time frame.

When an order is "Created"...is then 1100 Status...

IF the dealer has available allocation in this Cycle...
and has the order clears constraints....
then the dealer "submits" the order against the allocation...

.....I'll try this ....

20 People are waiting at a Bus Stop - 1100 Status

There are only - 5 Tickets - Dealer allocation

The Bus - only has 5 Seats available. - 2000 Status

15 do not get on.....and wait for the next bus - Next Order Cycle.

...and hope they get a ticket.....

Dealers were communicated ...
IF ...they were getting allocation in Phase II.
They Did not know which cycle...

They know today - IF - it is in this cycle....

So the only way to know I'm not in this cycle,
Is to make sure he resubmit the order today,
(Because He told me for sure He has an allocation phaseII)
Then no pick up tomorrow means not this cycle?
Or do we have to resubmit Friday for Saturday?
And ... until Tuesday
A chance to be picked up Monday if not Friday?

Some dealers submit manually right away, like Becky, others wait for the system to pick it up automatically on its own which is Monday evening.

Depends on the dealer.....

It is not ....REsubmitted....

Orders are placed against allocation ...
...in the time frame of 2/9 thru 2/14
IF ....allocation is available ...

....IF allocation is NOT available in this cycle..it stays 1100

................................

Call your dealer....and ask..

"Do You have allocation in this Cycle ...to place my order?"
