You had to go and blow it didn't you?

Here's how I see it, it may be a strange way of looking at it but none the less think about it. How many flex fuel enabled Camaros have you actually seen? Documented. Lots of people say they can enable flex, or claimed they could enable it and just faded away *cough*RPM*cough*... But actual documented cars... Not counting the rest of BNR's working cars, only my own, I count 3.

Cooper got it working on his 2018, which prompted ZZP to try it and they claim they got it working on a 2018, and mine which BNR got working yesterday, which as far as I know is the first DOCUMENTED 2016, that I have personally seen or read about.

That's my .02

Eh it was bound to come to an end eventually. I'm just curiois as to how accurate reading it through tje OBD2 is over an actual flex fuel sensor kit.

guys- honestly I read it as "A BNR First" like they finally did something specifically that was planned and then came out well... ok. that doesnt capture the idea. I mean it must have been something to note (congrats, btw) and you dont always have the back story. It just seems like your splitting hairs. ducking for cover..

So,... you cant just flip the virtual flex fuel box, eh?

Good job Jerry Awesome to see that you have it unlocked and working for all years as well. I know Matt has been working with HPT back and forth for years now for 16 and 17, but there's been no movement as of late. Being stuck on a predetermined blend gets a little annoying filling up

The sensor data is able to be displayed/logged over the OBDII, just like any other sensor you get data from in a log. It displays both on the BNR autocal, and even in HPT when I log it.

You do have to have a sensor kit installed for this to work, its not just a magic pixie reading from no where.

Just for kicks, I unplugged the power to the sensor the other day while the car was running and the reading immediately dropped to 0% on the E85 content PID display. Plugged it back in and it came right back on at 52.x% which is where my final blend came out to after topping off with E10 at the pump.

TY for clarifying the need for a sensor Jason.

I meant it as BNR being the first company to fully support flex fuel on every single Camaro 2.0T regardless of year.

I still haven't seen proof of anyone else 100% supporting every single year, let alone documented proof of it working on a 2016 or even a 2017, except for the ones BNR has done.
