removing locking lugnut

so, long story short, don't use cheap lugnuts, I know I know.

I have 1 lugnut I can't get off (luckily found the problem on the first one and didn't attempt to use the others).

the key is of the cauliflower design that pokes into the lugnut. These are on some mr650's so there is almost no way to access the outside of the lugnut. None of the stripped lugnut tools would fit (cant fit around it).

I got another lugnut key, which promptly rounded over as well (these things are stupid cheap and soft apparently.)

short of welding a nut or stud to the nut, anyone got any tricks or tips on this?

It never reached torque, as it rounded over before the wrench clicked, but it will be somewhere up to 140, obviously

I can take pictures if it would help.

I have a set close to what I've searched for. Those require getting around the outside of the lugnut, which is not possible here due to clearance around the rim.
