We did use the Strange 9" aluminum carrier with 3.50 gear set and have both Strange S-Trac and Eaton Tru-Trac differentials along with the accompanying GForce axles. It was purchased directly from GForce and about 7K if I remember correctly.
thanks for the info. is that driveshaft the one supplied from gforce or did you get it custom made? if it has 2 u joints does that mean it has a slip joint built into it?

keep up the good work, I hope to be there with you soon.

Custom driveshaft from GForce due to the TH400, the kit was originally intended for an A8. The slip joint (splines) is where it enters the tail shaft of the TH400.

Spoke with Holley at SEMA, they haven't released the DI version yet. They have DI controllers for the COPO LT302 and LT427 but couldn't sell that to me.
It's inevitable that we will switch to one, but for now hopefully we can make do with the current ECM, plus we're learning a bunch about the capability and pitfall of the GM ECU...

Nice! Love the car. That's about a 9.27 in the 1/4

Thanks, we'll have to get to the 1/4 to know for sure, it's already run a 9.1@153 with a 5.93 in the 1/8 - so this pass would probably have been faster than that.

Awesome car...can't wait to see where you get with it.

Have you considered Motec to control the systems?

No one is actively running the Camaro now. Kind of on the sidelines.

I love that blower and throttle body setup. The blower itself looks very unrestricted. It’s also menacing in appearance and sound. Very nicely done!
