I run 0W-40 ESP Dexos 2 which is made for street and track use. New factory fill for LT1 and LT4. I changed it at 4,000 miles and 2 track days and it still looked like it had some life left. More expensive ($110ish for 12 qts on Amazon), but u don't need to swap it out for track and DD. Keep it in, change when your comfortable doing so

favorite car of cars!!! But, from an objective stand point, no problem.
+1. If you're smart, then re-using oil won't be a problem. And by smart I mean using a stahlbus valve or sourcing a new, clean drain pain, keeping the oil stored well (back in original 5qt containers is fine), using a new oil filter each time. Might want to even consider using a paint filter just in case when transfering the used oil from the drain pan or directly via the stahlbus valve to the bottles.

That said, I would recommend getting some data to prove this is worthwhile. Doing some Blackstone lab tests to verify the condition of the oil and motor (must include TBN in your tests):
  1. New 5w30 oil before use.
  2. When you drain it from the car to fill with 15w50 track oil.
  3. Used 5w30 after storage when you put it back into the car.
  4. Then at the next oil change.

All of this will cost you about an oil change or so ($130). It is most likely that tests 2 and 3 will be identical to within the margin of error of Blackstone's capability. Telling them what you're doing, they may be able to give you some insight into the process.

I'm pretty sure the new ESP oil is one you can use on both street and track.

And this^^^
Which is what I use, and still change my oil after 4(ish)hrs of track time, and reuse that oil in my beater(s)

OP has a blower, so the 15w50 might be his best track oil.
