This will probably go on the front page. This isn't an HPE 750 though, it's an HPE 600 with NOS boost. The HPE 750 will use a supercharger. They are building the car in stages and testing at different intervals, so they aren't quite there yet. This uses an NA engine with cats, new cam, headers, a bigger intake, and some other miscellaneous mods for 605 HP. I think realistically most performance shops should be capable of doing something similar.
This company likes to set records, sure, but I would still never hand them the keys to my car. Shady business practices. |

I would think hennessey would have enough of a budget to know how to shoot video correctly. That banding on the racelogic was annoying as fu.. to watch. They could have dropped $300 on a used cannon eos and eliminated most of that. Other than that nice video.

First off NOS is a brand, not a part/mod. Since the article doesn't mention what "brand" of "nitrous (or N2O if you want an abbreviation)", it could have been NX, NOS, Zex, or any number of brands.
*rant off* 200mph is crazy. Really want to see some members take their SS to the Texas Mile and see what they can do.
