Heads/cam/kong ported LT4

I was a bit surprised by the results! Picking her up tomorrow. Hopefully, later this month I can get to the track to verify these results.

Kong ported blower w/2.1 upper pulley
Ported heads
103mm Throttlebody
BTR camshaft
Ls7 lifters
Kooks 2” headers
Corsa double helix mid pipe
OEM NPP suitcase muffler
Rotofab Big Gulp CAI
9.1 lower pulley
AlkyControl methanol kit
Cordes trunk reservoir
DSX low side Aux pump
DSX flex fuel sensor
AMP thermostat housing & low temp t-stat

840hp/840tq

This was 100% E85 (or as close as they could get without flushing the system). But this was out of the pump E85 and a dual nozzle meth kit.

Nice results. Should probably check your oil filter for metal shavings though.

Nice! Did AMP do all of the work? I plan to drop mine off with Andy at ADM soon.

Great numbers !!!

Where’s the oil catch can mounted ? I don’t see it.

Is the metal shavings in the oil some sort of known issue?

Which catch can did you use?
I think the metal shavings they are talking about might be from the porting. But i am sure kong did a top notch job and everything was flushed and cleaned.

The metal shavings comment is from an incident an AMP employee had with a used car dealer that led to it going viral on social media. Is not an issue with these cars at all.

Nice numbers OP. After seeing AMPs bolt-on ZL1 run a high 9 you should see mid 9s easy with a tire.

ECU data logs read Ethanol content was 75%.

Opted to just reuse the OEM catch can as it drains back to the engine from the factory.
