Oil cooler
Installing this oil cooler delete kit does it do anything to the temperature? Why was that big oil cooler on the side of the engine made for?

LOL, I JUST got my kit a few days ago. From the multiple threads I've read the temps will be fine unless you are roadracing.
Did you get the hose too? With a 2010 you'll need it. Supposedly the cooler is more of a oil heater that gets the oil up to temp faster for possibly reduced wear, BUT, also supposedly the oil gauge isn't very accurate.

I did it and there wasnt any temp change. Road racing you would probably need one, but everything else, bail it. Piles of crap will leak at some point and you can shed a few pounds as well
