2019 Camaro PDR issues

I am having 2 issues with my PDR on my new 2019 1LE.

Friction Bubble on PDR is offset to the right a bit. On the dash the Friction Bubble is fine. Just the PDR is off.

PDR Quality is not good at all. And also I get purple and green hues.

Vid of same stretch of road using my cheap Cobra Dash Cam to compare to.

I hate to burst your bubble but the video you posted looks right.

The PDR shoots in 720p I believe. It's not a great camera imo.

I believe what you are seeing is the best its gonna get.

The 19 I tested the friction circle was fine. The green hue seems common in the 19s. The one I test drove had it also.

720p video sucks also, but that doesn't explain the friction circle and annoying green hue.

I had the same issue with my g meter in the videos. It was fixed by resetting zero on the steering wheel.he tech had aligned my car and fixed the steering offset, it wasn't out of spec, and when he reset the zero(straight ahead) the meter is not centered with the vehicle sitting still.

Nope, I tested that very early. They claim "enhanced PDR" but the only enhanced part I see is viewing the video through the head unit.. you can easily move around through the video now instead of having to punch the screen like in the 17-18 cars.

Ok I set my dash cam to record in 720p. It gets worse sometimes. I think it is related to glares and shadows. Excuse the bad video hack-job skills.

It is indeed 720p

I am getting ready to order a 2019, and wasn’t to sure if I should get the pdr option.

Same problem with my PDR. Dealer sent the video to GM to review. GM is sending out a new camera. Should have to done next week. I will give you a update once is done.

Cool if someone could figure out a camera upgrade. But that probably involves codec's and some programming...
