is it where the can get to the inner fender and weld it up,or like other cars that use the fender to get air for the stock air box but just decided against it

It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?

No. If you look at your wheel like a clock, they are at 10:00 up inside the wheel well.
