P16F3 code and weird temps

I recently installed several bolt-ons including, MSD intake, TSP headers (wrapped), TSP stage 3 cam, CAI cold air intake, E-85, and so on and so on. After having my car re-tuned, it now randomly throws a P16F3 code. I have been logging my drives with HP Tuners and am seeing some weird temps.

On a 75 deg. day, the ECT only runs at about 176 deg. IAT 86 deg., IAT2 130 deg., and the under hood temp gets extremely hot at 198 deg.

I know headers add heat but this seems extreme and IAT2 seems too high.

Any suggestions?

Control Module Redundant Memory Performance
Based on the code it is setting the first thing I would do is have the ecm reflashed. Usually the only time I see a code set like that is for a bad ecm, bad program, or bad power/ground issue to ecm. Check all the powers, grounds, and connectors that were touched during mods. If they are ok i would suspect the program.
As far as the temps go I don't see anything I would worry about at this time. 198 under hood temp doesn't seem bad. start by fixing whatever is causing the p16f3.
