Did what most drivers would like to do>> drove 550 miles with the top down.
Today we have more rain and cold coming in. It's surprising how many BUGS you can kill. Will wait till Wed. to wash it clean so I can get it dirty again.

Washed it for the first time using Chemical Guys products. Impressed with the results.

Oh yeah, washed 3 other cars also.

Had her in at the dealership on Friday for a check engine light.

Gave the car back to me a few hours later said they cleaned the throttle body (after they couldn't find anything wrong) and told me to drive her harder!

Cut together a quick video of some highlights from the last time I had my car at the dealer. Highly recommend Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing MI if you are near always do a great job.

Made some new friends!

Had a chance to do some back roads driving with some new friends. Sorry if the pic is not great, but this is my first time posting a pic.

Because CO requires a front license plate and AZ doesn't I have this big chunk of black plastic on my front bumper. Removing it leaves 4 holes so I came up with a different solution. The motto of an old fogey getting his 2nd chance at having some fun.

Had the front windows on the Camaro tinted a bit darker and took a photo with my other car (2022 Durango) before garaging the Camaro for the night.

Was thinking about going a little darker on my fronts as well, they charge you a good amount extra to remove the old tint?

My go-to tint shop did everything for $60. Otherwise would have been about $140 to redo the fronts. Done in an hour.

Blackout Tint in Gilroy

Big Sad...

I wish I could tint my car. Bunch of Dirty Harry's around here though. REAL adamant about window tints.

haha, I'm convinced that lighter colored cars (within a certain spectrum as my pearl white DD doesn't get much "action" in this front) attract the birds. I wonder if they think that it's a body of water and when they get near, they're like "WTF??? Ok, just for that trickery I'm going to poop on you!" <Triumph the insult dog accent>. My Impulse Blue Metallic GTO had the same magnetic effect, it seemed the shinier the paint, the more prone to "bird action" it would get.
