I've been waiting for the Roadster since Dec 2017, guess it's around the corner now

I thought the same until I owned one. We're on our second Tesla now, just picked up a Model X Plaid two weeks ago. Me and my wife enjoy the Hell out of them. I drive the Tesla's more than I do my modified ZL1.

For stop and go, day to day city driving Teslas make perfect sense, but I wouldn't say that is really driving A tidal wave of competition is coming for Tesla, used values will start dropping like an old appliance as more of them are cranked out and battery technology continues to advance https://www.cnbc.com/2022/06/24/bmw-...-to-tesla.html I'd rather drive a BMW e car than a Tesla personally ZL1 values will probably be going up (more) |

You have a point, but, with no disrespect intended, a shallow one. I think it is a good question. That answer can be layered, as I mentioned in an earlier post. I think it's a fun question if you really think about it.

Every car I've ever had I thought-nothing another 100hp wouldn't fix.
This fat pig certainly needs 500lbs less and better brakes after adding another 200hp. |

Fat big is always relative - compared to what, a GT3? Completely different price point. Name car at this price point with a better lap time in C&D Lightning Lap *crickets*
M cars are heavy too |

its hard to argue for a better price/performance ratio than these cars, actually I don't think you can make a solid argument...

The Camaro, especially the ZL1, is a fat pig?

I certainly earned these toys but my body is paying the toll. I didn't even list everything off but, it wasn't intended as a flex, per se. It's just interesting how some folks have very similar car lineups.

Exactly, and if it's a "fat pig", I can't even imagine what a Hellcat would be.
