New Shoes

What better way to start out the summer than with some new shoes?

Nice, how much boost with that pulley and what’s The Whp on your setup?

I cannot tell you how eager I am to answer those questions!! I've had the car put together for almost six months, but it's been to cold to make any log runs. Until yesterday, I've had the the stock wheels and G2s on her - so, traction was unavailable. Well, the traction issues should be solved. I will take her out after work and get Ted's 2000 to 5000 rpm log. I am expecting 800+ whp. I'm running 40% E right now. I am a little anxious to see if she'll burn that much E?? What do you think?

The 2650 alone should have you over 800rwhp. Without a low side though your not going to run 40% ethanol. Unless you have a low side that’s not listed in your build.

I’m guessing your making about 16psi on that pulley.

All I have is the JMS. I will probably end up installing the DSX aux pump. Ted doesn't seem to favor that option. But the Fore option seems a little overkill for me?

TED loves his JMS booster lol. Ya get a real low side if you want the benefit of using more E. No idea what’s not to favor, it’s just a pump running off a trusty ole Hobbs switch. Maybe he doesn’t like drilling the tank.

You don’t need necessarily need the dsx, can be any good pump with a check valve.

My low side holds steady 80psi at 40%, high side 3000+, inj pw/dc is maxed though.

Nice! New shoes look good! I bet you can't wait to take her out dancing!
I had to get different tires also, shortly after the first wot pulls. Lol
Let us know how much E you are able to run with just the JMS, after Ted finishes your tune.
Just installed 30% injectors and an LPE big bore myself.
Wondering if I can run at least a little E until Deatschwerks finally has the dual intank pump available.

I am running the stock HPFP. I was told that I would just be trading rail pressure for more flow. I understand that the LPE BB runs a 2100#, give or take. So, it would be a wash. Another very experienced member, if I am not mistaken says he lowered the rail pressure on his stock pump which helped the low side keep up. I will have your answers by the end of next week. She is definitely a handful - and I haven't really let her "dance."

Stock. Hence the 850ish limit.

Soon to be port injected on new block though. Much bigger power then the 30 over injectors can handle.

This is what it runs in shitty DA. I’m Under 5s 60-130 with better air.

I am eager to log a 60-130 pull. I have Dragy, too. In the mornings, the DA here is often negative.

He probably doesn't have a mechanic that feels comfortable or can tap a tank correctly or he'd rather make more money on a fore setup. But I agree the Fore is the correct way but an over kill. You don't really hear DSX taking any slander about any of his kits unlike SMG's setup.

The LPE BB at 2175 psi flows more fuel volume than the LT4 HPFP at 2900 psi. You just need injectors that can flow more fuel at the lower pressure.

Do you have any suggestions that would help me install it right the first time? It would be very much appreciated.
