Issue while loading Tune (Fixed)

Hey guys,
I am loading a custom tune into my 2014 camaro ss and the tuner has been stuck on the finalizing tune screen for almost 30 min now. Last time i loaded a tune it did not take this long. What should I do if it is stuck on this step?

Im using the SCT x4 and a custom tune from RDP.

I did what you had suggested and same result. What could be causing this?

Ok so attempted it again and same issue. Im not sure if this means anything but every time it would stay on the finalizing screen the light at the bottom of the sct tuner would blink red/green.

The only difference fron the last time i tuned the car successfully is that i updated the SCT x4 tuner to latest update.

The battery must be fully charge not just taken for a little drive to charge up a battery that would barely start a car. You must put a charger on the car and allow the battery to fully charge. I had the same problem when I loaded a tune in my car, I actually left the charger on while tuning the car just to be safe. Hope this helps.

FYI...any time I updated my hand held I always revert the car back to stock and start it. Then I update the device and recopy the tune file back over before updating...fully charged battery, doors shut, radio off...etc..etc...good luck OP.

hey guys, finally had the spare time to go through the steps with SCT..I know its been 2 months...but we finally got it fixed to where it will tune my Camaro. Turns out there was a corrupted file during the update and when they reloaded the firmware it seems to have fixed the problem!

Glad to be driving my Camaro again!
