First oil change un France - computer set to zero

Hi Guy,

i’m going to do thé first engine oil change.

Is there something to do for thé computer ?

I think I can set to zéro on the computer thé Life oil level but is there something else to do ?

Must I have a scan or do it by the garage?

To reset your oil life, it's in the DIC. The driver information center.

I can't recall exactly where in the menu's but when you find the oil life screen, press right in the steering wheel selector then you'll see the reset option and press ok.

Neither I nor the dealership (re)sets anything else, it's really just the OLM that needs to know when you added new oil.

I believe it's in the info menu of the Driver Info Center menus (digital screen) you should be able to scroll using the selector buttons on the right of the steering wheel through screens such as your digital speed readout, tire pressure, etc and when you get to the screen with the oil life percentage, simply hold down the select button in the middle of the directional arrows until you see the oil life percentage change back to 100% and you are good to go!
