Intake manifold

Does anybody make an intake manifold for adding port injection on the LTG?

I have looked quite a bit as of late and one guy did his own. It was done in a weaker section of the intake and in a way that it changes wiring routing and a bunch of other stuff.

But, there are no kits or pre-built units.

I have actually came up with a way to make it work, but to accomplish it in a "bulletproof" manner it is quite expensive and very involved to get "right".

I may do it as an exercise and a way to see if I can actually get max power out of a non-e85 setup on 93 octane, but I really shouldn't even need it with the proper parts (cam, turbo, intercooler, piping, etc). Problem is to pull it off looks to be around $1k in parts going progressive, direct-port, good controller, etc. I do have an extra intake manifold on hand to do the build.

If I do get a system done I might end up offering doing the build for a cost. As I stated it is quite involved compared to most setups.

G1 Pro. Warning, tuning for this is not for a novice or even some veterans.

That takes a 90mm LS throttle body?

I agree, creating your own threads in the plastic intake is sketchy at best. For the guys that you know that have done this, how did it perform? Did all of the cylinders have equal spray volume?

One guy has been running around for almost 2 years now like this. No issues. Recently took a peak inside the engine, every cylinder seemed to be equally clean. So I would say yes. Individual cylinder monitoring would be great to have... ..
