Nightfall Grey Metallic vert

If you own a nightfall grey metallic Camaro, did you keep the car as is or
add striping to it? I like the color as is. But I’m interested in your thoughts about modifications — as in what looks great on a grey car. Thanks

Sort of... 50th Anniv edition came with orange stripes. I like orange anyway (owned a 2016 DSOM C7), so I think it looks great.

I don’t have a convertible, but mine is NGM. I ordered mine with the red hash marks because it matched the red interior I got. Still get compliments on the color combo.

Something I’ve considered is swapping out the red hash marks for the black ones with the red outline (Redline appearance package ones).

Thought about the stripes, still thinking lol. Would have to match the leather interior.

Mine was ordered from the factory with the painted chin spoiler and hockey slashes over the front wheels as Dealer installed options, both are sitting in my basement as I thought they detracted from the cars lines with the top down.

I went with Orange pinstripe down the side. All my car buddies like them.

NGM was the color I wanted when the 6th Gen came out I had planned to add Black hash marks and the black truck panel blackout with black wheels.

Update on Adding Stripes to Nightfall

The consensus from car custom shops is the pin stripes
on the car now give it a clean look. Anything added on
the sides would be clutter. So, that leaves hood and trunk.
I don’t want full rally stripes. I’ve considered a light grey or
white matte (or gloss) wide stripe (16”?) down the middle of hood and trunk
flanked by 2” red and black stripes - one on each side.
Although there is no red on the car, my license plate has red
and really looks good against the grey car.

Any suggestions on these colors or ideas on how to apply
them differently? I’m looking for a clean look - something that
dresses up the car but doesn’t overpower it.
I appreciate your input!

Not a vert, but I put Matte Black hashmarks with Gloss Black outlines. They blend into the car at a distance but show up when your close, a similar story with my black american flags on my rear windows. I like adding cosmetics to my car, but I think they shouldn't be too "out there" and should work with what the car already has going for it.
