COOLING CROSSOVER MOD ???

Hey Team, Just received my Synergy 2 Gallon fender tank, and was considering adding this Weapon X manifold adapter. I have never seen a car with these, or heard of then, so assuming they work, wanted to see who else has them, if anyone has measured improvements?

My only concern would be all the extra hosing / connectors... and if the stock pump could keep up... thoughts?

Here is what they say... These cooling manifold adapters allow you to remove the front coolant crossover tube so the intercooler bricks can receive flow independently and not have to share a coolant path which leads to starvation on the far side. These allow you to bolt on and go to braided lines with AN fittings as well.

Looks interesting. At the very least, it should increase the capacity. Or, even open up the possibility of separate coolers for each side. Though, that could be a plumbing and mounting space nightmare.

I don't think all the added plumbing and crap that's needed is going to make a lot of people be interested and that's why I don't think anyone here has done it.

I went with the larger capacity triple WeaponX ht xchgs and called it a day. Been very satisfied even on the hottest days.

The extra hose will add some capacity, but it still kicks down at the blower brick. They look cool, but I don’t see it helping.
