Not really. If you're a veteran,check USAA. I have used them for a long time.

$7.33 per month for comprehensive only during winter storage.
$280 for 6 months through State Farm
over 60 years old

I think Ohio and the Midwest in general has fairly low rates and a lower cost of living than a lot of areas of the country.
