Front Splitter Spoiler?
Has anyone tried this front splitter from RPI designs on a 2020 Camaro LT1? I contacted them and they said they cannot guarantee it will fit. The description says it fits a 2016 to 2019 but they would only confirm that would it would fit up to a 2018. I want to purchase it but would like to know if anyone else knows if it will fit a 2020 Camaro LT1?

Anything that says it will fit the v6s will fit the LT1. Anything that fits the ss or zl1 won't fit. Now when I say fit, I mean a perfect oem fit. As for making it fit with some custom adjustments, I'm sure you can make it work.

I'm not sure if that's 100% accurate. If you look on the GM accessories website you can order a front splitter for a 2020 and it says it will fit in SS and LT1. This one from our RPI designs only says they guarantee fitment up to 2018 SS. So I guess I'm more concerned about it fitting a 2020 if that makes sense. maybe the underside if the front facia is the same for the LT1 and SS?

Just a heads up on these folks, I have ordered from them in the past 3 times and had great success getting painted parts from them. I ordered a CF front splitter from them a month ago and emailed them the other day to see how it might be coming, and they said it would be another 3-4 weeks to get done!!! I'm a little peaved about it now cause their website states 3-4 weeks for shipment on painted and CF pieces..I understand the COVID deal, but come on now.. I have ordered several different things from various places, even Cali and got everything within a weeks time.

I'm hoping the ZL1 1LE front bumper will bolt right up to an LT1. ??? Sorry to get off the topic of the OP.
But kind of on the same topic, since the comment was made anything that fits a V6 will fit on an LT1, and SS or ZL1 won't fit like OEM. I'm hoping this is NOT the case. |
