We moved in on a Sunday and school didn't start for another week. I had my first beer that Sunday night and the rest is history. I didn't think things would be like they are in the movies but they were and still are.

OP I would suggest you join a fraternity. It's about time someone makes a man out of you.

How harsh can a golf initiation be? What’d they do? Make you wash everybody’s balls?

Is it frowned upon to drop out in your senior year?

My first week was uneventful. I lived in a dorm for my first year and move-in was a few days before school actually started, so my roommate and I spent most of the time playing games in the dorm. After the first day of classes, I felt nothing short of overwhelmed. I had something like 4 assignments to do in 2 days, and one of those days was going to be my second block of classes which would give me more assignments. That was a shock coming from cruising through high school barely trying.

As for girls, my advice is to not date in college. Make plenty of friends with benefits, but don't date them because they're looking to do the same. If you find a girl and stick with her, and the relationship ends, you're going to look back on it as the time you could have been enjoying your late teens/early 20s.

Is "took her to petco" a new euphemism for... umm... intimate relations, or did you actually go to Petco, the store? Because if it's actually going to Petco, the store...

I hope that college you’re attending offers a class on euphemisms. Bless your heart.
