MAST MOTORSPORT HEADS customer service - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

hello guys just wanna let know know how great my service was at mast motorsports! to begin with , i have a new camaro which i had put a 416 with mast med bore ls3 heads so thats the first set of heads i purchased then i replaced that engine with a lsx 427 and AGAIN purchased a set of 305 ls7 heads. Now that is 2 sets of heads in a year in half . /// I ordered the heads CHRIS said they had them in stock would ship out that day or next morning. Well no heads a week later, i call CHRIS and he says they are out of valves . So i call VICTORY where the gets valves give them an additional 100 to next day coating and shipping and then i go to the shop and my heads are there. Call CHRIS he is clueless again and said well be happy there there i dont know where they got those valves. When i ordered the ls7 head i told them i am solid roller so the sent the heads and valves . The valves were too short so i called mast and told them so CHRIS said send them back ,i did all 16 of them ,and he will get longer ones. Long story short , 8 weeks of calling and seeing about valves no one could tell me a straight story and then i receive 8 intake valves and no exhaust. This is the hold up on engine so when CHRIS was called he says we cant help you we dont have long enough exhaust valves! lol didnt know VICTORY VALVES could produce any length on intake but cant on exhaust . WITH this said : the service was good when ordered then when wrong valves were sent no more service. SPECIAL THANKS TO MAST HEADS for promoting ALL PRO HEADS because thats who i will use in future . THANKS CHRIS THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING !

We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service possible to each and every customer.

These heads were not ordered directly from us they were ordered by one of our dealers on Thursday 5/17/2012 and shipped on Monday 5/21/2012 with the valves that the dealer requested. We were notified that longer Ti intake valves were needed at a later date. We notified the dealer that we would exchange the old Ti valves with a longer valve but they would need to be custom ordered from Victory. The valves were ordered and were sent as soon as possible. As for the exhaust valves, we weren't notified that a replacement was needed until the Ti valves had been replaced. Please remember there was a third party, our dealer, involved with this order.

things happen , i know op wants his stuff but its hard to go thur someone else and relaying messages ,things get mixed up . i want some mast heads tho lol

So u think 16 valves were sent back because we only needed 8? no big deal its ashame i bragged and told everyone how great mast is , which the heads are awesome, but this valve thing is uncalled for . You know what u did and victory valve told me u didnt order the valves till 2wks after we sent you the other back. Bottom line the ball was dropped and there was no sorry or anything .

sounds like to me , that who ever u bought them from is the person to blame , he should have been the one tryin follow things thru to make sure they were right , without u having to get involved. better to deal with mast themself then thur a 3rd party.
i know if someone buys something off me and things are wrong im gonna follow things thur and call and the company and try to see that things are done right myself.
