Hey KirkH, I have a set of 18' snow wheels and tires for my car for winter driving. I can confirm they'll fit but I can say the snow tires vs the good years are much much different feeling on the road. The care does feel more agile on the 18' but putting the power down is definitely better on the 20. Can probably put a better tire on the 18' setup and hook very well but everyone is different

If the overall diameter is the same, the gearing won't change. The factory 20's vs 18's are the same diameter

Does anyone know if there is a website that lists the weights of the OEM Camaro rims? Chevrolet sells a lot of different 20" rims and they can't all weigh the same.
Also, my 20s came set to 35 lbs of pressure. What seems to be the favored tire pressure for Camaro 20s? My Acura recommends 35 but I always set the car to 38 because it turns quicker and smoother at 38. I can only get Nitrogen at the dealer when I get my oil changes done so I can't really experiment with different pressures. I just need to tell the guy a number when I go in. Thanks everyone.. |

Hi guys just trying to get some help please since I kinda already bought the rims and tires pretty cheap. I have a 2017 camaro LT with the oem 18in rims. I wanna put on the 2019 20in oem rims on my car. I was told they would fit so I bought them. Came with new all season tires. But when I tool them to get swapped out they told me not to because I would not be able to turn. Now I'm kinda stuck with these rims and new tires that I really want on my car but might end up selling if I can't get them to work. I appreciate all the help and thank you for your time.attached are pics of my oem rims specs and pics of the rims I bought.
