I have never seen any 5th. gen ZL1 VS 6th.gen Camaro SS track performance information. Please share.

Road track or drag racing? Seems like it could be a toss up drag racing. Road course I'd say the win easily goes to ZL1.

I agree except M6 to M6 I'd lean toward the ZL1. A8 SS vs M6 ZL1 I'd bet on the SS with a average drivers. A8 vs A6 toss up.

My M6 ZL1 traps 118 to 119 MPH regularly with only a CAI so on a roll I'd go with the ZL1 and expect it to feel faster.

Track, ZL1 all day.

On average the 5th gen ZL1 will beat the 2016 SS at the 1/4 mile strip by about 2-3 cars which is fairly close. Of course there is a big difference in HP/TQ, but the ZL1 is hindered a bit by weight. The z28 vs SS is a drivers race in the 1/4, but the z28 will destroy the SS on a road coarse. I would predict the SS taking the z28 off the line, but the z28 slowly reeling in the SS down the 1/4.
