Okay getting some results with temperature in the 70’s now. Pretty sure I saw Complete Street Performance going the 40’s & 30’s.. The bigger pump helps the flow but I am thinking of wrapping more hoses especially near the engine to help.
Had the car out for a 15 min cruise and let it idle for 10 mins then took the temperature on the cold line to Supercharger 73.2 F. I did read once in the 60’s. Added a pic of the front grille and you can see the bigger PIERBURG CWA400 behind a custom grille I made. I decided to make 2 clips on the bottom of grille and 2 clips on the upper part so at the track I can just unclip the grille for better air flow into engine bay. Also I now have lower access to chiller and pump without taking off the front bumper.

What are you doing with the car such that you need such low temps? Is your car a DD, digs, drags, track, or? Were you seeing a lot of negative advance or what?
I put that Pierburg on mine last month. Much greater flow rate.

Instructions: Step 1. The AC system does not require additional oil. If charging the car multiple times do not add more oil each time. Step 2. Vacuum the AC system for 30-45min (check that it is holding the vacuum) If it isn’t holding the vacuum you have a leak you need to tighten your AC connections. Step 3. Put in the charge weight provided.

The tune in the 800’s requires me to run either 98 octane or colder IAT’s to be safe as per tuner. I don’t have E85 in the area or I would have went a different route. I use meth for cooling and now a combination of chiller and higher octane. Car runs two tunes for strip and street.

Zero times at the track, only Mexico so far. The plan is to have a few track days before the end of the season. I will post times then.

I'm not a car ac guy but 50 years in the commercial/residential end. To my knowledge 134a is the only refrigerant used in late models. The charge is probably in the owners manual but when you add something in the system like longer lines or h/e then you need to add more refrigerant to fill it enough. That would be determined same as engine tuning according to conditions. Pressures and temps should be the same as stock.
