Nice. I am in South Austin too. Torqqe is in Southwest Austin off the 290. so see if they are up for the install. I stay stock so I can keep my warranty while tracking the car. I have track prep work done by winding road and Soulspeed but that is brakes, suspension and alignment work. Never had engine work done.

I’m sorry but the performance vs what’s done in that post isn’t up to par of other shops I know pray has heads cam cars in the 10s if that was the track times they produce for 17.5k I’d find another shop I’ve seen bolt on only cars put down better times.

Hennessey is legendary for horrible customer service. Like rip your car apart and use parts on other cars while yours sits for 6 months horrible. There are horror stories from all around the internet about HPE. The guy is a Class A POS.

Just an option as they moved to McKinney. looking at their location vs yours, it might be out of range. ARS - Accelerated Racing Solutions was one of SoCal's local reputable shops in the LT1 community here in CA for a long time. They currently work with a great Camaro SS build Trey_smooooove on Instagram. I have personal experience with their work, I wish they stayed, however, I am happy to refer them based on their service, experience, and overall satisfaction of the tune I got.

I'm surprised that I don't see more folks reference Pray Performance and GPI. Both shops have managed to make cars push 580-620+whp on the stock bottom end, all motor. Both have switched places on more than one occasion with records made. A N/A build can be great but, know ahead of time what kind of driving you want to do. Unfortunately, these cars aren't really the jack-of-all-trades type. Pick a lane and double down. Straight line performance or twisties.
