False. Per the NASA website my zip code is supposed to get 88.9% coverage at 1:54 PM (CDT). While semi-interesting, I'm not going out of my way to witness it.
TPBM lives in eclipse totality path. |

True. And IMO, people are just nuts. Indianapolis area is just mobbed by hundreds of thousands of people. Schools are closed, some businesses are closed, traffic is like we are hosting the SuperBowl, Final Four, Indy 500, Wrestlemania all in one day. And when the eclipse triggers my super powers, I'm leaving!
TPBM has never seen a solar eclipse. |
