I am in the market for a full cat-back exhaust system but I do not know which one would be the better one to go with. Are there any major differences between the two? Also, anyone who has either & could shed some light on why you chose one over the other, it would be much appreciated. I know in the end it comes down to personal preference, but I wanted to see what the general consensus was of everyone.

Also, on the Corsa that is only the axle-back. The Cat-back is even louder.

I called Corsa a couple of weeks ago. Here are the DB readings they gave me. They use the standard SAE method for these tests, whatever that means...

Stock (valves open) 97DB
Xtreme axle-back 104DB
Cat-back Extreme+ 112DB

I think the Corsa cat-back is right in the neighborhood DB wise of the GT350R

The good news though is Corsa , while being louder, still won't drone. It's a win for me

Depends on the dealership.
Stories of catch cans voiding warranty, and personal knowledge of an engine being replaced and the aftermarket blower being put back on, tells me it's hit or miss depending on the service manager/dealership.

borla just sounds like an open exhaust to me

corsa actually has a (extremely loud) refined tone

personally, borla is on the bottom of my list.... corsa is on the top. so corsa, hands down.
