Novistretch "Bras" and Best Covers

Hey All....

I have a Hottie Vert coming and I'm starting to collect accessories. For the longer trips I was thinking about one of these Novistretch "bras". Since I have a stock lower front splitter, will this interfere with the installation? Anyone have any experience with these? Should I also get the ones for the mirrors?

Also...wanted to get a cover for when stored in the garage and possibly on longer trips for when sitting at a hotel. Do the ones from ChevyMall.com work well? The outdoor ones say that work fro both indoor and out given that they are waterproof and they breath. Any ideas?

Thanx in advance,

HD

I have both the Novistretch front end mask I used on my delivery trip home from Detroit to Orlando (19 hour drive) zero issues to the car with it on, I have used it several times for trips since delivery. I cleaned it off and when not using stored in under the panel in the trunk. As for car cover I ordered this GM outdoor car cover I use it two weeks ago it kept the car dry while at a car show, and I use it while the car is stored in the garage.

The car cover comes with a travel/storage bag. I had my dealership install the Novistretch front end mask for me before heading home to Orlando on delivery day.

Simple easy on and easy off in 2 minutes.

I would not use that car cover except for long term storage where you are not taking it on and off. My kids got me one from GM and all it did was scratch the paint. Serious, go to Cal Covers and get one that does not scratch. I think scratching was from the elastic edges.

Bras belong on big racks, not cars.

I have the Novistretch bra and mirror covers for my Fifty. The Novistretch fits fine and snugly over the lower front splitter. Once you replace the 8 studs with snap heads, (3 under each wheel well, 2 under the hood) getting the bra on and off is easy and fast.

I use a Novi stretch when I'm driving more that 10 or 15 miles. Keeps rocks, bugs, road debris, and whatever else out of my radiators.

Just ordered a Novistretch this weekend after spending about 30 minutes picking out leaves from around the radiator. Not fun! Also somehow found two bugs that squished on my bumper when I took it out two weeks ago. Just proves what a bug magnet I have when I can find the only two bugs in NC that were active.

I couldn't handle seeing the bugs in my radiators. I had to buy one.

Xpel is a permanent paint film, diff animal.....I use a novistretch too, and I don't care how it looks when I'm at a truck stop in Tennessee at doing 1000 miles… And no film will protect your radiator. I've used one for about five years now.

Think a rock to the radiator is a fluke? Nope.....and its not warranty......And I certainly don't want it happening 600 miles from home…novistretch solves that.
