Yeah, the whole stupid blacked out front bumper thing started on the Mitsubishi Evo as far as I can tell, and now it's everywhere. IDK why GM thought a Camaro should take styling cues from an Evo. Bad idea imo, I'm glad I got an '18.

It is true that people often don't like changes at first but I'm not sure the '19 SS is going to age well either.

You seem to assume all change is by definition good. In reality, there are two kinds, and in my opinion this isn't of the positive one. It does not flow with the rest of the car and reeks of either committee or copycatting design process.

Granted, when one has an existing design that is already pretty good, it's genuinely difficult to improve on it, but looking at and trying to emulate others that are currently "in vogue" hardly ever produces good change.

The site has been up and down... I'm sure they are finding bugs and fixing such as the Crush 1LE error

Black definitely integrates well with the new front-end. Barely noticeable.
