I doubt it is logging boost correctly...14 psi on the stock fuel system would of nuked a piston.

So I'm thinking the 14 PSI was just the MAP reading. I'm currently trying to figure out how to get the scanner to read boost correctly. Using the math for Baro-MAP in HPTUners shows boost of -1.5 with a MAP reading of 14.0 PSI.

I think the MAP offset is wrong for the Edelbrock TMAP and makes it read incorrectly in the scanner.

Your Map KPA being 96 would indicate vacuum present and no boost. 14psi of boost would be 198kpa.

Right. So I called Edelbrock and they do not use the TMAP for reading a MAP signal. They only reference it for IAT. They use the stock MAP sensor behind the TB for MAP. Since it is pre-boost, there is no MAP signal for boost pressure that can be read in a scanner. Apparently the tune is MAF only for fueling once you get into boost. I was able to get a boost reading via a gauge I plumbed into the port on the passenger side of the blower, but that doesnt help from a tuning/logging perspective.

You have to setup a custom PID in HPtuner to read boost. Need to log Baro and Map then setup a custom maths param.
