That doesn't bode well for me. I'll be in the same boat with stock trans and circle d 3200 converter but I'm planning on making 1200ish.

My laptop is a pos and randomly blue screens, so I'm not going to try to read/write anything until I get a new one. I'll probably run out to best buy and grab something tonight. Sat's 1/2 mile race in Indiana is coming and a 1/2 mile log would be pretty amazing to see. Plus my tuner sent me a update trans tune to adjust for the 4/5 shift.

I configured the Wideband and wired it into the prolink but the hp tuners numbers dont match the display. Something funky there I need to figure out.

The current location of the AFR isnt annoying yet. I havent driven it in the dark so tonight might make me move it somewhere else.

What did your car run with 808 rwhp? I am trying to kind of judge how quick my new build is going to be.

Just to let you know, the VCM Scanner flatlines the speed reading at 158mph. With my SS A8 and the tire that I use, shortly after the shift into 6th gear is where that speed is reached. Speedometer on the dash keeps going up of course, just letting you know because first time that I saw it in the log was like wtf. Just the way it is apparently.

Thanks for the heads up but that's lame. I'm hoping to get into 6th gear and let this thing stretch its legs out.

Went to best buy and bought a surface 7 pro. downloaded hp tuners last night and ill connect to the car today. Hopefully everything works out and I can up load the new tune from my tuner. I'll be loading up tomorrow night and leaving Friday morning for Indiana.

There's a fix for that. Delete the speed PID from your channel list and go to add another. Look for "speed" (search). You'll find one that'll be highlighted as a broadcast (the 12 should be in green). Use that. It'll go twice as high. It should show in the channel list as having a single arrow next to it.

Thank you for the tip. I found that Driven Wheel Speed has the green 12, so I will log that, and it has the single arrow in the channel list like you mentioned. Will set the Driven Wheel Circumference in the tune to dimensionally match what I use for the speedo as well.

thanks I might try that.

New surface is much better. I read the entire car's file last night and logged my first WOT pull. Pretty cool to see everything changing per second. I'm going to write the updated trans tune tonight and we'll see how it works Sat.

You’re right about the speed in hptuners.

Made 4 passes at the 1/2 mile in Indy. I went 4-0. All passes were 168mph.

Cool Choda, I think 168 are some good passes. So you picked up 25 mph on the back half compared to the 1/4 mile pass. Congrats.
