Horsepower is one of the least important metrics on a road course. Don't get me wrong there are still advantages to having power, but it Doesn't do much good to be able to blow by a car on the straight all to give it back up and get passed because you have to break early and can't turn for shit.

This isn't the only part of their video, however. If you watch Throttle House, it's very uncommon for them to test performance metrics and have it only be a specific metric. Generally, if they're testing the cars performance, they'll hit more than one viable metric. They're one of the least click-bait content creators with unbiased reviews that I've seen in a very long time on YouTube.

I don’t know about least important, but I would agree that it depends on the track layout.

I wish that one day they do a Camaro SS1LE VS a Shelby GT350, both of them on the same type of tires.
Also would like to see a base Camaro ZL1 VS a base Shelby GT500.

Check out pro racers take on YouTube. They don’t do head to head comparisons but they’ve tracked a couple of the cars you mentioned.
