As an analytical person who focuses soley on the logic and science behind everything, I agree with the above, it does not really improve or change anything you can't do with your foot.

Sometimes the science is the human element though. If it makes people enjoy their vehicle more, which is infact the only thing it does, then it's money well spent.

I think I'm gonna try this thing. I had two different custom tunes on my 15 Mustang GT and neither did much for the throttle "lag". And this car has it worse IMO, but I still love it!

I dont have one, but I can see why people like this. It is the same reason why people modify a paintball guns trigger to have shorter travel. Or the same reason why someone would want a more aggressive steering ratio to deliver a greater steering angle with less turn input.

Moving your foot 1/4 of an inch rather than 2 inches may provide one person a better feel for their cars handling than the next.

I had this on my 2012 V6 and it made a night and day difference.

On my 16 2ss... not so much. (mainly TC keeps it in check for torque delivery)

I keep the setting on EC3 and on occasion try out SP3.

I just like a little more range on the economy side when pressing the throttle.

Above EC3 (EC4 +) I notice a dead spot in the pedal when I first press it. Just the first 1/8 inch or so.

Above SP3 (SP4 +) I find the car wants to downshift when barley pressing the pedal and becomes a little to "jumpy" for everyday driving.
