Who would of thought Matt Canada would still have a job and Dorsey would be gassed first?

Good Luck to Joe Brady

McD presser at 4pm today

Very Billsie loss though, like wide right, the Music City forward lateral 13 seconds now 12 men.

It had to be done. The tools are all there...QB, WR's TE and they showed last night that they have a good running game when they actually want to run. But there has been zero cohesiveness and consistency to the offense all season. Shake it up now before it's absolutely too late. Maybe a new offensive scheme will be enough of a wrinkle to eek out a play-off spot...

I really wish they had their bye already.

Jalen may pass him in rush TD's

Tua may pass him in pass TD's

But neither will pass him in total TD's

The thing I find comical is all the people saying "Sacrificial Lamb" " Scape Goat" ect.

Especially when the fan base and some media have been calling for his head for weeks

Predictable has been tossed around and it seems to be true.

The play where Josh threw his second pick just before the half has resulted in at least 4 picks(maybe more) this year.

Why would you call that play when several safeties have jumped the same route ?

Why would a veteran back(Fournette) say he would need 4 to 6 weeks to understand the passing concepts before he was ready to play?

Complicated and predictable are not good things.

To play your best you need a clear mind to find "the zone" and play free.

Won’t pass him in total turnovers either.

We're blaming the OC for terrible route concepts.

I never really looked deep into that. He’s been the OC for 4 years? Has this always been a problem? Or did he change things up this season?

Just seen that Browns QB Deshaun Watson is out for the season, has to have shoulder surgery.

He was only the OC the past 2 seasons. Prior to that it was Brian Daboll for 3 years. The offense (and Josh) seemed much more in sync under Daboll. They spread the field and schemed receivers open. There was a time when we weren't sure if we even had a punter on the team because we rarely used him.

We also had Cole Beasley catching 80+ balls each season to compliment Diggs' 100+. And it seemed like every ball Beasley caught was for a 1st down on 3rd and 8. That was part of Daboll's scheme. Yes, Beasley retired, but we have competent receivers in Shakir and Sherfeld who could fill that role, but they are not running the crossing and option routes that Beasley was running.

Hopefully Brady has a gameplan to put our receivers in position to get separation.

After 2 years with Josh Daboll got hired as HC by the NYG the Bills promoted QB coach Dorsey to OC.

He had never been an OC at any level but he worked closely with Dabs and him and Josh were close.

He lasted 1 1/2 years

Well our HC is a smart dude(he brought Frazer in to be associate coach because he had HC experience and runs a similar less aggressive scheme)

So he hired Joe Brady as QB coach(passing game coordinator and OC at LSU for Joe Burrow) this is what you call your emergency back up plan in case the newbie crashes.

Brady was OC at the Panthers he had Teddy B at QB and that running back thats made of glass.....what's his name.....#23 in SF

Well guys who like to be pass happy need a QB and WR's and TE's.....so now he has them.

Lets go JOE
